The first step of becoming a manufacturer of its own headsets came in 2002. Then, Fetron acted mainly like a great technical laboratory specialized in the maintenance of headsets in Brazil. The first original product of the brand was launched in 2004 and, since then, the company has grown year to year. 

In this constant growth, Felitron carried out, in 2018, another enlargement of the factory, which was IS0 9001/2008 certified and is now in the process of ISO 9001/2015 certification. Today it has the capacity to produce 400.000 headsets every year and, in the same location, the company has a development center equipped with Bruel & Kjaer measuring equipment for the investigation and development of headsets, headphones, and other audio applications. all following national and international standards. “We also have pre-ordering and engineering teams that support our commercial staff in projects with strategic customers in Brazil and Latin America”, says Leonardo Fioretti, CEO of the company. Felitron has a commercial and marketing office located in the South Zone of São Paulo, near of the main players and customers of the telecommunications market and TI.
