Felitron Contributes to hearing health preservation

As the major manufacturer of headsets from South America, present in the greatest Call Centers of Brazil, Felitron works to help its customers from the Call Center segment to fulfill the requirements of NR 17, Regulation Standard of the Ministry of Work for the working conditions of the category, and also other normative instructions on the professional use of telecommunications equipment.

In addition to our renowned Headset Development Center, the most advanced in South America, Felitron makes available to its customers tests that evaluate the level of operator exposure to noise in the Call Center. According to Leonardo Fioretti, CEO of Felitron, the company is managing to demystify this subject in Call Centers: "This subject has always been much complex for a perfect understanding by the Call Center professionals and today we are managing to show the importance of the use of headsets that follow the regulations determined by Anatel and the Ministry of Work, as well as the instructions of International Organs. Still according to Leonardo Fioretti, the headset is professional equipment. "To furnish a headset for intensive use in a large Call Center is not the same thing as selling a conventional telephone for domestic use or even for a professional of the administration area, whose usage will be a few hours during the day. We are speaking of an operator that uses the headset during 6 hours or more and that needs comfort, acoustic quality, and especially the assurance of using equipment that will not harm his hearing health."
