Felitron receives award from Frost & Sullivan

Felitron has been recognized for its leadership in the Professional Headsets category for the Latin American market by Frost & Sullivan. The award is based on the results of an extensive survey conducted by the company on best practices in several categories related to business performance, product quality, customer service and value delivered to customers with the solutions offered.
The award demonstrates the company's solid growth in the Latin American market, offering superior products and services with total focus on customer satisfaction.
According to Alaa Saayed, ICT Principal Analyst at Frost & Sullivan, there are currently numerous challenges in this category, which further enhances this award. "Felitron's business strategy and the quality of its products and services, combined with extreme attention to the customer, allowed the company to exceed the market expectation and stay ahead of other competitors," adds Sayeed.
