We started our journey manufacturing headsets. Today we are a modern organization, a reference in the segment in which we operate. Throughout our history, we have invested in technology, we have "jumped out of the box" and inserted tools such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to transform our headsets into increasingly intelligent devices.

The products we make available to the market have this feature thanks to FLT Lab, our startup focused on AI and IoT. The joint efforts make Felitron headsets essential elements to improve service in call centers.
